Digital guides (PDF)

All the guides sold in this store are downloadable digital products. They are delivered instantly: as soon as payment is confirmed you receive the download links on the confirmation page and by email.

Because this is digital content that cannot be returned, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the file has been downloaded.

We will gladly help you in the following cases:

• The file cannot be opened, or is damaged or incomplete. We will send you a working copy or, if we cannot fix it, refund your money.
• You bought the same guide twice by mistake. We will refund the duplicate purchase.
• You did not receive the email with the download links. Check your spam folder first, then write to us and we will resend it.

For any of these cases, write to info@tutoredbymsliuba.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and the email address you used to buy.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase. The money usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Using the guides

The guides are for personal and family use. You may print them as many times as you need for your own children, but reselling them, sharing them publicly, or distributing them to other families is not permitted.

Tutoring sessions

Tutoring sessions are not paid for through this store. Changes, cancellations, and refunds for sessions follow the cancellation policy we agree on at registration, which you can review in the student portal.
